DwellIQ provides AI-powered real estate analysis. Our service analyzes property listings and provides scores, market comparisons, and recommendations. All analyses are indicative and do not constitute professional real estate, financial, or legal advice.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use DwellIQ
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free accounts include 3 analyses per month
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute analysis results without permission
  • Submit malicious URLs or attempt to exploit the service
  • Use automated tools to access the service beyond provided APIs

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DwellIQ is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. Market data and AI predictions may contain errors. Always consult a qualified professional before making real estate investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

DwellIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to financial losses from real estate decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

DwellIQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DwellIQ. Analysis results generated for your account are yours to use.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
